We had been asked by an investor to assist with the acquisition and redevelopment of 24-27 and 28 Martin Lane.

The investor wanted to create an investment return through comprehensive interior refurbishment of the common parts and net-lettable areas. We identified the commercial case for changing part of the building to residential and refurbishing the rest for multi-tenant letting.

They approved our scheme and we converted part of building (which was previously plant-room, under-used storage and basement areas) into nine apartments. Our involvement led to the successful disposal of the property.
