24 King William Street Advised building owners on refurbishment. The building's tenants wanted to break from their lease early; the owners (AXA Real Estate) considered it an opportunity to undertake comprehensive CAT A refurbishment. They wanted to bring the building up to current commercial standards, and to resolve a number of design issues. They also wanted to reconfigure the entrance and change the use of large areas of storage and ancillary space. They asked us for ideas on improving the building's retail space; it suffered from a high vacancy rate. |
